01Acceptance of terms

By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using the Coreframe Figma plugin ("Coreframe", "we", "our", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including users of the free version and purchasers of Coreframe Pro.

02License to use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Coreframe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the plugin solely within Figma.

You may:

• Use Coreframe for personal and commercial projects.
• Use, modify, and distribute design assets generated by Coreframe as part of your own work.
• Create unlimited projects using generated design systems and components.

You may NOT:

• Copy, sell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Coreframe plugin.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the plugin except where permitted by law.
• Circumvent licensing, activation, or security mechanisms.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

03Accounts and Licensing

Some Coreframe features require the purchase of a Pro license.

Licenses are issued electronically after purchase and are intended solely for the purchaser.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses obtained through fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, chargebacks, or other violations of these Terms.

04Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

Coreframe Pro is sold as a one-time purchase unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.

Because Coreframe provides immediately accessible digital software, all sales are generally final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you experience a technical issue preventing normal use of the Service, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy where applicable.

Prices may change for future purchases without prior notice. Price changes do not affect licenses already purchased.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to use Coreframe to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of Coreframe.
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
• Access systems or data without authorization.
• Misuse generated assets in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these acceptable use provisions.

06Intellectual property

Coreframe, including its software, source code, branding, logo, documentation, website content, and related intellectual property, is owned by Coreframe and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Ownership of the Coreframe software remains with us.

Design tokens, styles, components, and other design assets generated through normal use of the plugin belong to you and may be used in personal or commercial projects without attribution.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Coreframe software itself.

07Disclaimer of warranties

Coreframe is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every version of Figma or third-party software.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coreframe and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for Coreframe during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

09Termination

You may stop using Coreframe at any time by uninstalling the plugin.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise threaten the security or operation of Coreframe.

Termination does not affect provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of Coreframe after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
